Died 4:25 a.m. Wednesday, June 17, 1992, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 77, a native and resident of Plaquemine. He was an Ideal Cement Co. maintenance supervisor and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 8 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Don McDowell. Burial in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Lynda and Jerry Levatino, Denham Springs;two daughters, Susan Lively, Washington, D.C., and Ethel Mae Lambert, Gonzales; a son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Barbara Lively, Baton Rouge; two sisters, Lottie McQuiston, Baker, and Thelma Gabel, Clinton; five brothers, Kirkland Lively, George "Pete" Lively and Berlin Lively, all of Baton Rouge, and Frank "Buck" Lively and Bertrand Lively, both of Plaquemine; and seven grandchildren, Jenny and Steven Levatino and Richard Conrad "Rick" Lively, Sandy Romero, Sonya Robertson, Lavonda Humphrey, and Kaye Lambert; and a great-grandchild, Gary Robertson. Preceded in death by wife, June Whitaker Lively; mother and father, Rebecca and George S. Lively; two brothers, Eldon and John Lively; and a sister, Alma Mills. Pallbearers will be nephews. He was a member of Istrouma Baptist Church. He is also survived by a special friend, Merle Wetherholt and her daughter, Barbara Beeson.
